Information you choose to share.

A review request includes your name, email, home address, the amount you want to discuss (or that you are unsure), and your stated goal. Your phone number and estimated mortgage balance are optional. We also record whether you requested review-related texts, the consent wording and version, and the submission time and identifier.

The payment and equity calculators run in your browser. Changing a calculator does not submit a lead, pull credit or send us a loan application. The separate review form sends the information you submit. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, account credentials, or sensitive documents.

Hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and errors. The application also uses temporary request counters, lookup caches and submission metadata to prevent abuse and duplicate notifications. This is separate from your calculator entries.

How we use information.

We use your request to prepare for and respond to your home equity conversation, answer questions, maintain appropriate records, protect the site, and meet applicable legal obligations. Requesting a review does not enroll you in marketing campaigns, authorize a credit inquiry, or create a loan application.

Providers that help the site work.

• Website hosting: Hostinger provides the server infrastructure used to serve this page and process requests.
• Address search: if you use address suggestions, the address text and location context you type are sent through our server to Photon/OpenStreetMap and, when applicable, the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder. Those searches do not include your name, email or phone. Choose “Enter my address manually” to skip the lookup. A match does not verify ownership or property value.
• Email: Resend processes the information you submit to deliver your review request to Jordan. Email and hosting systems may retain their own delivery or security records.
• Calls, texts and outside links: if you choose a call, text, email or social link, the relevant telephone, messaging, email or external service processes that communication under its own practices.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. Service-provider processing described above is still a disclosure of information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or site security. If you later choose to pursue financing, any additional sharing for that process will be addressed with you and under the applicable financial privacy notices.

Cookies, browser storage and tracking.

This version of the site does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels or cross-site analytics. Review-form details are held in the open page and are not written to local storage or session storage. Your browser may separately provide autofill or page-restoration features according to its settings. Closing the form does not withdraw a request already submitted.

The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We do not use this site for sale or cross-context advertising sharing, including when a Global Privacy Control signal is present. External sites you choose to visit have separate policies.

Your contact and privacy choices.

You can browse without requesting a review, skip optional details, use manual address entry, or contact Jordan directly instead of using the form. Permission for review-related texts is optional and separate from requesting a review. You can ask Jordan to stop contacting you or stop texting at any time.

You may contact us to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required or permitted by law. Applicable California privacy rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on the information and the law that applies. We will not treat you adversely for making a privacy request. Do not email sensitive identifiers to verify your identity unless we arrange an appropriate secure method.

Retention and security.

We keep information for the purposes described here, including responding to your inquiry, maintaining appropriate business records, preventing abuse and complying with legal obligations. Retention can differ for correspondence, technical logs, consent records and provider records. The application’s routine cleanup of notification metadata does not erase email correspondence or every provider’s records.

The site uses HTTPS and access controls for its server configuration. No website, storage system or email delivery method can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information was submitted in error or a security issue needs attention.

Children and policy updates.

The site is intended for adults considering home equity options, not children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information.

We will post changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. If a change requires additional notice or permission under applicable law, we will provide it.
