This website is an advertisement and educational resource for California homeowners. It is not a lender approval, rate quote, prequalification decision, credit application, loan agreement or commitment to lend. Information and program availability can change. A conversation or review request does not authorize a credit pull or obligate you to obtain financing.

Any application, credit authorization, verification, underwriting, closing and funding process takes place separately with the appropriate licensed provider. Ask for current written terms and required disclosures before making a financial commitment. We do not guarantee approval, a funding timeline, a particular rate, future credit access, property appreciation or tax benefits.

Calculator and video illustrations.

The tools and video use hypothetical assumptions to explain possible repayment structures. They are not a property valuation, borrowing limit, eligibility result, personal financial advice or a prediction of the financing you will receive. An editable credit-score estimate does not determine a lender’s price.

Actual rates, APR, costs, draw requirements and repayment schedules depend on the applicable product and agreement. Fixed-rate features may apply to particular balances rather than every transaction. Variable rates and payments may change. Interest-only payments do not reduce principal, and later principal repayment can increase the payment. A longer repayment term can increase total interest even when the monthly payment is lower.

Transaction costs are not included. Undrawn credit and future redraw are subject to account terms. Existing first-mortgage payments and other household expenses may be excluded from the illustrations as stated beside the tool. Consolidating debt moves the obligation; it does not erase it or guarantee savings.

Your home secures the debt.

A HELOC or other home equity borrowing adds debt secured by your home. Failure to repay can result in foreclosure. A second lien does not replace an existing first mortgage when that mortgage is left in place. Available equity does not by itself establish how much you may borrow. Consider costs, the full repayment period, variable-rate risk and your ability to repay before proceeding.

Requesting a free review.

The form asks for information to help Jordan respond to your inquiry. Estimates are welcome, but please provide information you believe is accurate. Do not submit another person’s contact or property information without authority. Do not include account credentials, Social Security numbers or sensitive documents.

The website does not charge a fee to request the review. That does not mean a future loan has no fees or costs. Requesting a review does not enroll you in unsolicited marketing. Optional review-related text permission is separate and is explained next to its checkbox. A confirmation that the request was received does not mean a loan was approved.

Using the website responsibly.

You may use the educational information and tools for lawful personal planning. Do not attempt to bypass security, access private records, impersonate someone else, misuse the forms, or interfere with the website. Availability can be interrupted for maintenance, service-provider issues or other reasons.

Content, illustrations and media are owned by their respective owners or used with permission. You may link to public pages. Public availability does not grant permission to republish the site, branding or video commercially. The music attribution provided on the main page remains applicable.

Outside services and current information.

Address lookup is a convenience, not a verification of ownership or a guarantee of correct property details. You can correct an address or enter it manually. Third-party websites, social platforms and any separate lender process have their own terms and privacy practices.

Although we aim to provide useful information, material may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm the facts relevant to your decision with the appropriate provider or qualified adviser. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions.

We may update these website terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. Changes do not alter an existing loan agreement or override applicable law.
